This first rate drama starring Omar Epps, Nia Long, LL Cool J and Stanley Tucci offers another all-star Hip Hop and R&B soundtrack from Executive Producer Frank Fitzpatrick, including original music by R. Kelly, Nas, Mobb Deep, Jagged Edge (featuring Jermaine Dupri), Method Man & Redman, Capone & Noreaga, Trick Daddy, Lil’ Kim and more. The soundtrack also featured the first songs commercially released by newcomers 50 Cent and Jill Scott. Fitzpatrick co-wrote the theme song, “Give Me A Reason” performed by R&B great Dave Hollister, and co-wrote and produced “Dreamin’” by Neo-Soul sensation Jill Scott.
