In the style of Father of the Bride meets Coming to America, Love Jacked is a sophisticated small town Romantic Comedy centered around Maya, a headstrong 28-year-old with artistic ambitions and her father Ed, who wants a dutiful daughter to run the family store. Ed is shocked when Maya, asserting her independence, decides to travel to Africa for inspiration and returns with a fiancé who is not quite what he seems. Stars Amber Stevens-West, Shamier Anderson, Keith David, Marla Gibbs & Mike Epps.

The “Big Chill” style soundtrack, from multi-platinum producer Frank Fitzpatrick, features an inspiring collection of classic R&B hits (feat. Stevie Wonder, the Temptations, Dionne Warwick, Ledisi, Bruno Mars and Earth, Wind & Fire), along with exclusive new songs by contemporary Soul artists, highlighted by Lina’s incredible performance of the single and film’s love theme, “Stronger than Pride”. Frank, who was also an Executive Producer on the film, wrote and produced the singles and theme songs, and co-wrote the score with Canadian composer Steve London.
